Service Description
This 1-1 Session is held online (worldwide) or offline in my cozy Yuliana G studio in Andorra-la-Vella. The training session normally lasts 1 hour 15 minutes. The exact structure of the class will be defined during the first 15-20 min when we talk about your specific needs and choose the right path to a happier, healthier you. Examples of practices include but are not limited to: - working on what is traditionally defined as the most problematic zones for women: abdomen, pelvic floor, buttocks, and hips - we'll practice yogic breathing and vacuum exercises, yogic asanas, pelvic floor training, and relaxation practices - if that's of interest, there'll be around 15 minutes at the end of the class devoted to the face yoga What benefits will it bring? That's very individual but in generic terms, you'll get: - an alternative to intimate surgery or hormonal therapy - a great contact with your body. You will feel muscles that you didn't know existed and build a powerful connection with them - improvement in your health and a conscious focus on yourself will give you more energy and put you in an amazing mood - you'll learn and practice under a supervision of a certified coach with years of experience (and her own experience of pelvic and face issues) - a set of exercises that work for you. After the class, you'll be able to repeat the practices consistently on your own to see the progress and results
